Recycling



Recycling is the process of converting waste materials into reusable objects. It prevents air pollution and water pollution. I think is very important for us to start caring more about the environment and the earth because, DUH! we live here. Im going to give you a couple of simple tips you can do at home. These are things that I've been doing for years and that with time I've stopped doing them, but then I remember andStart doing them again. Reciclying is hard to do ,because in my country we dont have that many recycling companies or even people that are involved in that. When I was in school, I found out at a young age from text books that recycling was a big deal but never saw no one around me doing it. I started it because I thought it was fun and in my mind I was saving the earth by doing that. I do have trouble reclying at times cause I forget to do so.

Now the tips:

1. Buy recycled bags and use them for grocery shopping
.I always forget to do this cause we are so used to having a millon little bags and we do reuse them for wastes and such around the house but sometimes they get accumulated and feels like a waste.

2. Buy Used clothing
. This is also hard for me because "who likes old clothes?" but yeah Try to donate the clothes you are not using that are in good conditions of course. Dont donate broken or dirty stuff.

3. Reuse Shampoo and conditioner containers
. I wish there was a store where I could get shampoo and I didnt have to buy it in a bottle. BUt sometimes I give away stuff or if I'm traveling I try to reuse those bottles.

4. Separate your trash.
This is so someone else's job gets easier.. you imagine going into big loads of trash and having to separate that stuff? No wonder they burn it.

5. Buy recicled materials. This way you let local and international business that are doing a great job to help the environment. It might be a little pricey but Its for a good cause, and you'll feel good about it. No guilty conscious..

El reciclaje es el proceso de convertir los materiales de desecho en objetos reutilizables. Se evita la contaminación del aire y la contaminación del agua. Creo que es muy importante para nosotros para empezar a preocuparse más por el medio ambiente y la tierra, porque, DUH! vivimos aquí. Voy a dar un par de consejos simples que usted puede hacer en casa. Estas son cosas que he estado haciendo durante años y que con el tiempo que he dejado de hacer, pero entonces recuerdo y comienzo hacerlas de nuevo. Reciclar es difícil de hacer, porque en mi país que no tiene que muchas empresas de reciclaje o incluso las personas no se involucradas en esto. Cuando estaba en la escuela, descubrí a una edad temprana de los libros de texto que el reciclaje es un gran problema pero nunca vi a nadie a mi alrededor haciendolo. Empecé porque pensé que era divertido y en mi mente estaba salvando la tierra con eso. Tengo problemas para reclying a veces causa me olvido de hacerlo.

Ahora los consejos:

1. Comprar bolsas reciclables y los utilizan para hacer las compras .I siempre se olvide de hacer esto causa que estamos tan acostumbrados a tener un millon de pequeñas bolsas y las hacemos reutilizamos para hechar basura pero a veces se acumulan demasiado y se siente como un desperdicio.

2. Comprar ropa usada . Esto también es difícil para mí, porque "A quien le gusta la ropa vieja?" pero sí tratar de donar la ropa que no esté utilizando y que se encuentran en buenas condiciones, por supuesto. No te donar cosas rotas o sucias.

3. Reusa Los recipientes champú y acondicionador . Me gustaría que hubiera una tienda donde podría conseguir champú y que no tuve que comprarlo en una botella. Pero a veces me regalan cosas o si viajo trato de reutilizar las botellas.

4. Separar la basura. Esto es así el trabajo de otro se hace más fácil .. se imagina entrar en grandes montones de basura y tener que separar esas cosas? No es de extrañar que la queman.

5. comprar materiales reciclados y. De esta manera se ayuda a negocios locales e internacionales que están haciendo un gran trabajo para ayudar al medio ambiente. Podría ser un poco caro, pero es por una buena causa, y ee sentirás bien al respecto.

LACTOSE INTOLERANT

Its said that if you are lactose Intolerant you cant digest the sugar part of the milk and some dairy products. Apparently, I was suffering from this and I had no clue about It. For a while now, I’ve been having symptoms such as Irritable bowel syndrome, stuffy nose, headaches and lack of energy. Little Did I know It was because of Milk. I’ve been a cheese lover all my life, and of course butter.. Mmmm its delicious. So, I started this diet I mentioned In the last entry of the blog. I noticed some results after I stopped eating milk products and In some cases diary. I noticed less migraines and I could actually breathe better. Its been super hard because I love everything diary and everything cheese. Its specially hard eating out when you go to a restaurant for some reason everything includes either butter o cheese if you take out this main ingredient the recipe does not taste the same. Everything In life a sacrifice and I decided to give this a try for my well being. Another thing that came to show was while prohibiting myself from this foods, I had better digestion and of course the downfall after consuming them, all the same symptoms came back right away NOT COOL. What can I say? Sometimes I just cant say No to Pizza. I do have some options for you to try if you are just like me. I’ve been doing some research about substitutes and probably stuff that has less whey or lactose. I’m intolerant to Whey, so even If I have lactose free milk there could be some whey in it. Whey is the sugar In milk, the protein part. I found online this yogurt its called SIGGI is an Iceland yogurt has 0% milk fat. I’m so happy to have found this cause I love yogurt. I used to eat it everyday until I found out about my intolerance. I haven’t tried it, and I'm guessing Its price but I’m going to buy it. Another Thing I’m drinking is almond milk which taste a lot like milk and basically what I do every time I’m going to make a recipe like brownies or pasta I use this instead, Its not like the real thing but it works.. Remember to watch what you buy on the supermarket because not all companies include all of the ingredients, and they have this sneaky way of saying “oh we have a facility that uses milk, nuts or what not” be sure to check Those not active ingredients because you don’t know how much of them were included in their products. Id say try to buy fresh foods, if you can, less bottles cans or bags because that way you can control of you are eating..

Migraines and Food


Hello again,
After numerous searches for the migraine cure. I find myself with a possible solution. On november of 2015 , I decided to undergo a test called ALCAT, which is a food and chemical sensitivity test. I had no knowledge on this subject whatsoever, but My dad had recommended this and I decided to give it a try. I had tried just about everything, gone to different neurologist and migraines never seem to get better. In this test , It came out that I had different sentivities and allergies regarding food and ingredients. The diet is super strict, I had to watch what I ate at home, at the restaurants and what foods I bought in the supermarket. It was super exhasting to look and all the tiny letters behind all the stuff they sell at the supermarket. After a month or so, I started seeing results.. Fewer headaches , unless I cheated and then the headaches were back. I realized a while back that My migraines were connected to the food I ate because another doctor had recommended a gluten free diet, and I remember I barely had any headaches at that time, but that diet was far worst than the ALCAT one, and I didnt wanna live prohibiting myself from what I ate. In my opinion, that was no way of living. But then.. suddenly my migraines began to feel worse and worse. Until i couldnt deal with them anymore and I had to go on a strong medication which had made me feel like a monkey or maybe a donkey. I also decided I had to stop medicating myself and thats when I heard about the alcat. ANother thing was that I had to watch what lotions and soaps I use for my skin, cause those things could also have ingredients that could get into my bloodstring and provoke those terrible headaches. I decided to take it all out, if i was gonna do THis thing i was gonna do It right. It was like an experiment to me.. The first time I was 10 days without a headache.. That tasted like Glory to me, A sweet victory. But then I got a headache just today.. But this was my fault cause I had a bunch of junk food today, and stuff Im not suppose to eat. At the end , At least now I know what is the culprit from my sorrow and Even though is hard and sometimes I wanna eat everything that I shouldnt. A world without migraines looks much better than a nutella jar.

Black Seed Oil For Migraines


I've been suffering from migraines since I was 23. It all started with a Vision problem and then they turned into ugly cluster headaches. I began researching about this "insane headaches" which deprived me of my well being. He estado sufriendo de migrañas desde que tenía 23. Todo comenzó con un problema de visión y luego se convirtió en dolores de cabeza en racimo. Seguí la dieta por como un mes y luego volví a mi hábito regular de comer . Decidí aceptar esta migraña dolores de cabeza y el dolor que la acompañaba porque yo no iba a dejar de comer todas estas cosas que en realidad eran la alegría de mi vida . Un día , mi padre me habló del aceite de semilla Negra y de como cuántas personas han dando testimonios de que habian curado sus migrañas . Decidí darle una oportunidad porque no tenía nada que perder. He estado bebiendo aceite de semilla negra por Hemani durante casi un mes y ahora he visto la diferencia con mis migrañas . No han desaparecido por completo, pero me estan dando con menos frecuencia y con menos intensidad. Nail Polish


Hello again! Today, I wanna talk about nail polish. I don't personally do a lot of manicures, but once every other month I want to have a perfect manicure or pedicure. So, I was searching around and looking for non-toxic nail polishers and they seemed to be a bit expensive for my taste or for what a nail polish should cost, but since its labeled "organic" sometimes you make the sacrifice to pay a little more. In my research, I found that the most famous toxic ingredients are called the Toxic 3: Toluene,Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), and Formaldehyde, so if the nail polish says 3-free it means it does not have this toxic chemicals which are proven to be harmful to the human body. Also there are two more toxic ingredients which are Formaldehyde Resin ( it can be an allergen but isn't as toxic) and Camphor ( if ingested in large doses can be poisonous). IF the nail polish says 5-free then you have yourself a very safe nail polish! I personally like the Essie Brand and its not as expensive as an organic brand which is fine and is 3-free. I don't have any plans of ingesting it any time soon!

Hola de nuevo ! Hoy , quiero hablar de esmalte de uñas . Yo, personalmente, no me hago un montón de manicuras , pero una vez cada dos meses Quiero tener una manicura o pedicura perfecta . Así que estuve buscando en internet en busca de pulidores de uñas no tóxicos me parecian ser un poco caro para mi gusto o por por lo menos para lo que es un esmalte de uñas debe costar , pero desde su etiquetado como " orgánico" a veces uno hace el sacrificio de pagar un poco más . En mi investigación he encontrado que los más famosos ingredientes tóxicos se llaman Tóxico 3: El tolueno , ftalato de dibutilo ( DBP ) y formaldehído , por lo que si el esmalte de uñas dice 3 - libre que significa que no tiene este productos químicos tóxicos que han demostrado ser perjudicial para el cuerpo humano. También hay dos ingredientes más tóxicos que son de resina de formaldehído ( que puede ser un alergeno , pero no es tan tóxico ) y alcanfor ( si se ingiere en grandes dosis pueden ser tóxicos ) . SI el esmalte de uñas dice 5 - libre entonces usted tiene usted mismo un esmalte de uñas muy seguro! Personalmente, me gusta la Marca Essie y descubrui que es 3 - libre y no cuesta mucho, aparte de que no tengo ningún plan de ingerir esmalte en cualquier momento pronto!

Squeaky Door No' More

..

So, I came across online with an article about best uses for olive oil. Ive been dealing with a squeaky door for a while now. Sometimes It wakes me up if my sister comes late for a party or I wake her up when I go early to work. This is very simple thing to do. You apply enough olive oil on the hinges of the door right in the middle of them. I also cleaned the surroundings of the door because it seemed dirty. Apply it once or twice or until the door stops making that horrible squeaky sound. clean the mess on the floor so your mom wont kill you and you're good to Go! You can also use shaving cream..
